I recommend staying here if you're in transit. It's one of the few hotels in the world that offers 24-hour check-in, and check-out is 24 hours from your check-in time. The room was well-equipped and newly decorated. After all, it's inside the airport, so you can sleep and shower, which is great. There are food options upstairs and downstairs, and the gym is surprisingly well-equipped with equipment, making it a great place to work out right in the airport. The staff also provided free mineral water several times, which was fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again.
I checked in a little after 7:00 AM. The one-day rate on Ctrip was cheaper than a 12-hour hourly rate, so I booked it for the day. Located inside Terminal 2, 2M (see picture), it's a convenient two- to three-minute walk from the Terminal 2 check-in hall. Check-in is available anytime, making it ideal for layovers, and check-out is within 24 hours. The room itself is similar to a typical domestic budget hotel, though generally clean and quiet. It's a convenient place for a layover. Eating, shopping, and a supermarket are all just downstairs.

Stayed one night both when I landed and when I departed. It's one floor above the arrival floor of the airport, with lots of food nearby. The gym is nice. The room is small. I didn't sleep well for two nights because of the interior renovation of the airport. The renovation time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, which almost covers my sleep time. I was drilling on the night of July 27, and wearing earplugs didn't help. I don't know when the construction will be finished.
