I've had no problems there. Check in was fast and simple, they answered in whatsupp right away. But i've contacted them 1 day before arriving. Guards were friendly. Room was clean. But there is no room service even if you stay long (i stayed for 19 nights). I can say sofas were not very comfortable, you can feel wood inside. Also pots for cooking were very old and bad in quality, i had to by frying pan for my own as i needed to cook sometime. There is pool and nice garden. Location is great - in 1 min walking there is KipMall, where you have plenty places to eat, supermarket, stores and exchange office with normal rates to currencies. There are right outside also laundry services and Ninso - very cheap store kind of 100-yens stores in japan. All drivers know the place, so no problem to go by taxi wherever you need. So i liked it there. Live long and prosper:))

Location-wise : it’s perfect. Near to the mall and so many shops. Cleanliness : top tier Parking : easy to find. You have the options to park inside the building or outside. Comfort : Loveee the pillow and the comforter. Amenities : complete with the basic necessities, plus point for the iron and iron board. Some things to improve on : - consider adding some shelves/towel rack in the bathroom. No space to put our toiletries or to hang our towels Overall, we had a very nice stay!
