Is a good hotel in a convienient location…the location is quite nice

Good location in the centre of myeongdong and friendly staff. Just a little noisy at night as we are facing the shopping street.

It was hard to reasonably deal with them until I called out their rudeness and bad service. I decided to give up book and not change to another day, because the time spend communicating with them wad too much. they need to improve their manner on the phone and through email.

The location of the hotel is wonderful. However, there was a toilet bowl blockage. The front desk assisted us very quickly and professionally.

Location is very good. The mattress and pillows are not comfortable. The breakfast is too early. 7-9am and nothing great. The aircon is hard to adjust. But overall the services and cleanliness is good.

The hotel is very convenient situated in the middle of Myeongdong shopping street but not noisy. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed in two different types of double rooms but both are good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room is very small (cannot fully open 2 luggages), not exactly sound proof, toilet is comfortably big. Location is veryyy convenient! Concierge gave breakfast set to takeaway when check out too. (Removed my fren from photo hence slightly distorted)

The Location is fine but the hotel description says that there might be no window in many rooms but most of hotel rooms has no window. And the room was smelling very bad.

Just around the corner from exit 6 of myeongdong station and also accessible by airport limousine bus, note that they have a ring of inner rooms that faces into a "balcony" which is shared by all of the inner rooms (ie. windows don't face out into open air). Otherwise room is fine, water pressure is good.

Room was compact which I believe might be standard for this area. Cleanliness was good. Reception staff were approachable and helpful. Breakfast room didn’t seem large enough at times for guests. The potato dish of the breakfast buffet was replaced with boiled eggs when it ran out so if you had a later breakfast then the potato component was not an option ( Boiled eggs were already available elsewhere). Not a big deal but just seemed unnecessarily cheap-skate to me.

We booked this hotel for the location - location didn't disappoint. It's a small windowless hotel room. Unfortunately with this arrangement, there's no way you can tell it's day or night. Breakfast choice is limited. Offers takeaway option. Expect a pigeon sized room even if it is a family room.

Hotel is located in very good location. Just 1 mins walk from Myeongdong subway exit 6. Thank for its reasonable soundproof it doesn’t feel noisy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Having a free breakfast everyday is a surprise. However few things is far from expectation: 1. The room toilet has bad smell even ventilation turning on. 2. Extremely poor in room WiFi speed although connecting signal is strong. Almost can’t csee next to internet and do any surfing and working. 3. The brightness of the power LED of the air conditioner on the ceiling is very strong and cause annoying during sleeping in the dark.

Great location at Myeongdong. Staffs are attentive. The hotel is an old building at Myeongdong. Rooms are small and feel old. Though very clean.

Nice place and location, a bit distance from subway, there are many restaurants along the way
