The room was large vs other hotels in Seoul and the floor is very warm in the winter so it was great. one night's stay entitle you to onsen once. The onsen had good facilities and amenities, but lack of signages in English so I was a bit lost. But overall it was a nice stay.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were very helpful! The hotel’s location right by the foot of Bukhansan National Park is great and allows for easy and quick access to hiking trails in that part of the national park. Very easy to get to the hotel by subway! Bed was super comfortable and gorgeous, spacious and clean sauna, pools at different temperatures and swimming pool facilities. Perfect after a day’s hiking! I’d come back for sure!

Rooms and facilities are not quite like 5 star hotel. Location is great still.

Very clean, nice, and quiet

Nice getaway from the city, close to mountain, heated indoor and outdoor pool that can be used during winter, tree houses and lots of space to run around. Clean gym and cute toy museum. However, service was disappointing and suite room comes with queen size bed only. Any extra pillow, bedsheet to be used for the couch requires paying 33000krw per night. Window in the living room was small providing little view. Overall recommended but not perfect

As per the concept of harmony with nature, the experience of interacting with nature and the surrounding quiet environment were very comfortable and refreshing. Rather than being a tourist spot, the purpose of the stay was to relax in the hotel, and it was a luxurious stay. However, there were many areas that were only available to members, and the range of use for general guests seemed somewhat limited. It might be better if the service was a little more open. As for the food, as it is run by Chosun Hotel & Resort, everything was very delicious and satisfying. The staff were generally polite, but there were some moments when the explanations in some guided tours seemed a little insufficient. I hope that this will be improved in the future. The room was clean and comfortable. Personally, I liked the slightly hard spring bed, and it was very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, this hotel is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing time in nature.

I visited with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was great! The outside jacuzzi was somewhat open, so I reserved a suite room with a jacuzzi inside the room, and the jacuzzi was deep and big, which was great. ㅎㅎㅎ The pool and sauna facilities were also great, and I had a great rest on the weekend😊

Although it doesn't have a view of Mt. Bukhan, I liked the spacious and warm living room and the bed was comfortable. Also, the cypress bath was separate from the shower, which was a bit disappointing, but it was nice to enjoy the cypress spa in the room.

Waking up in the morning and feeling the cool mountain air is wonderful.

It's clean. The food is delicious. The snowy view in winter is beautiful. The location is also good. Above all, it's great for a family trip.

I went there to play in the water and relax. It was quiet and clean, so I recommend it. I had a lot of fun in the jacuzzi, swimming pool, and sauna.

It was perfect for a family trip. It was not crowded and was close to nature, so it was perfect for me who was looking for a quiet place with good air. Since I went during the week, the facilities were mostly used by our team, which was nice.. I recommend the jacuzzi.
