The best hotel ever in Seoul. We always stay here when we come to visit our family in Korea. Love it!

Insadong is a nice place to be in! Very helpful front desk staff. Nice waiting area. Luggages can be kept in free lockers. Accessible to shops and cafes and restaurants. Very new and well-maintained! Good food everywhere!

Great location next to touristy places and cute cafes and restaurants. Very clean and very good breakfast.

Thé chaîne is adversting rewards program and when you ask the front desk a price for repeat guest for my next stay they said that there is nothing !!! The English is poor and nobody explain nothing ! The roof bar is closed and nobody is telling you that it is in refurbishment ! I ‘m distributing in Europe  a  AI chatbot for hoteliers and really the hotel chain miss this technology to have a better service in the web site and in the hotel - that permits the guest to speak the same language !!!

Nice hotel! Didn’t take the breakfast, as many food options around. Shopping areas just next to the hotel, full of surprises! Metro stations with 3-5 minutes walking distance.

The hotel is very well located with good access to buses and metro stations, generally within 10min walk. There are also many restaurants and cafes nearby which makes it convenient. The water dispenser on every floor is very welcome too! Overall the room are spacious and clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Recommended.

Awesome hotel right next to this old walking street in Insadong with cultural shops, as well as being conveniently situated right beside Jogyesa Temple - a serene Buddhist shrine with monks praying and chanting on wooden floors with a beautiful Buddha statue. There even is a small handicrafts booth area where locals sell handmade goods like perfume and jewelry and leather wallets - great to get some more special or custom gifts that aren't just your usual tourist trap items. The room is nice and clean, good value, and comfortable. The shades block out much of the sun, and isn't too loud - you might hear a little bit of the drumming noise coming from the temple, but it is very low pitched and occasional - so it becomes more therapeutic than annoying.

Good location but not providing basic stuff like toothbrush , toothpaste & cutlery in the room is a bit much. But otherwise hotel room ,  hotel location & staff response is nice.

Very convenient location in the heart of Insadong. Walking distance to the touristic areas, many shops and restaurants around. Subway and airport bus stop nearby.

The cleaning lady in the hallway that I have asked for more paper cups she only giving me three cups for the whole days and I requested more then she had shown an angry face to say “no”

Basic toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste not provided. Aircon is not working at night with room temperature at 28.5 degrees.C, reason being it's winter when November is actually autumn season. We're advised to open windows and flies entered the room despite just a small gap.

good location with good room size, the servicing staff in hotel restaurant is very friendly, even they not speaking english while they try their best to deliver the expectation.
