The place it well-located, and the stuff is very friendly. Free water is available. There's a nice roof top with a city view.

Aircon was shutting every two hours, so bothersome. When you sleep then suddenly aircon stops then you need to open again. Cannot sleep. The only great thing here is the location. 😅

Location is biggest advantage when booked here. It’s practically next door to Ikseondong, fancy cafes & plenty of shopping. Insadong is 15min walk Room has no view, which we don’t mind. Window is well tinted, sound proof is good, we slept till late daily. The male receptionist seemed to be the only employee throughout our 5nights stay, he covers all maintenance work, providing information & assisted with drying our laundry

Very mixed feelings about this place. The pros are very good location and kind staff. WiFi worked perfectly well, too. However, the room I stayed in was quite sad. It was so small that it was not possible to open my suitcase. The bed was very hard. The fridge was super loud, so I had to switch it off to have some sleep. There was a stove, but utensils had to be rented for a fee. There was a washing machine, but no detergent (you have to go ask at reception). No kettle (need to ask at reception). Of course, no tea/coffee as well. Microwave is in the corridor (shared). The shower didn't have any cabin or curtain, so after you use it, all the bathroom is wet and you can't use it until it dries or you wipe it with a towel. There's no cleaning unless you schedule it at reception. As a result, patrons put their rubbish outside their rooms and the corridor looks like a landfill in the morning. All in all, I can't recommend the place for a longer stay at all. A couple of nights might be quite OK though.

I liked it here. Although the room is tiny, it has everything you need during the stay. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. Definitely a place to stay for the next vacation.

I arrived late at night, but the instructions for arranging the keys and other things were clear and easy to follow! The hotel is near a popular area, so I was able to go first thing in the morning to buy the salted bread without having to wait in line, and I was also able to have a great breakfast! I'd like to use this hotel again!

I booked the last remaining room for a trip I had to take with my daughter in a hurry~ It was raining and cold, and I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the staff was so kind~~ They even gave me coffee and drinks, and even gave me towels~ I was really touched! The room wasn't that big, but it was clean and organized, so there was nothing inconvenient The location was also within walking distance of the subway station. It was good that I could walk to Jongmyo Shrine and Changdeokgung Palace, and it was right next to Ikseon-dong's hot place, so it was good to eat and look around Thanks to the kind staff, it left a good impression~~

It was a clean and very nice facility. The shower water pressure was OK! I was satisfied with the toilet, shower, sink and space. There's nothing you can do about flooding with this type of accommodation ^_^ There's also a kitchen and washing machine. I'll use them again if I stay longer. However, the room is extremely small. It's quite difficult to open the carrier. I was alone so I opened it on the counter under the TV. I guess it depends on the room?

I had to stay late because there was a concert at the Peace Hall, so I made a reservation for a place to stay. It was nice that I could stay cheaply with a friend. The staff were friendly and it was quiet and nice. At first, I was wondering what was going on because it was cold, but I saw a heater and turned it on, but it wasn't heating the air, it was a boiler~ㅎㅎ The room was warmㅜ I had a good time and will leave. The bathroom and interior were clean and nice. I came back to the room late at night, but the staff was there until late, so it was comfortable. I forgot to bring toothpaste and a toothbrush, so I tried to buy them at the vending machine in the lobby on the first floor, but I didn't have cash, so I asked the staff and bought them with a card. If you don't have cash, please ask and they will be kind to you. I had a good rest and will leave^^*

I stayed here on a solo trip. The room was relatively small, but it was fine for a solo traveller. Jongno Station and Anguk Station are both within a short walk. I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom. I recommend the Soy Sauce restaurant located just outside the hotel. Thank you.

Close to Exit 5 of Jongno-Sanga Station on Line 5 (stairs only) It's a lively area with a row of bars, but there are security guards? police? security people wearing numbers here and there, so I didn't feel scared even when I was alone. There is a convenience store. The receptionist was kind and lent me a converter. The room was clean, there was no bathtub in the bathroom, but it's not a problem for a short stay. The water pressure and temperature of the shower were also fine. There was a shower, body soap, and a hair dryer (with good air pressure), but no toothbrush. △•••This time I was alone, so I left my suitcase open, but it might be tight for two people. There were slippers provided, but they were quite worn and I didn't want to use them barefoot, so I used the ones I brought with me. I highly recommend it for those who mainly use Line 5, but even though it's a transfer, you have to walk quite a bit in the station to get to Lines 1 and 3. I am satisfied with the hotel itself, its location, and the price, so it is a hotel I would like to stay at again.
