The service was very good and they upgraded the room without any request. Nice cafe and restaurants are around the hotel and very convenient going to Sinsa and coex area.

Room was a bit small and cramped, better for a solo traveller. Staff were friendly and helpful, facilities are clean.

It doesn't look like the pictures. the room design is poor. it's expensive and noisy. The rooftop doesn't have anything, and the swimming pool is "not operational". Breakfast offer is just a 50% discount coupon for americano to the coffee next door. the coffee place is what the rooftop should be, peaceful place to enjoy a sunny breakfast

Good view good service

The location is near to metro station and bus stop. Very convenient to walk around. Just that the sound proof of the building is not good bough. Able to hear the noise from the road and club from the room.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. I got there early and they let me checkin and it was quite quick. The room was a decent size for a solo traveller and the shower was good. The location is okay since there’s three different stations to go too. Hak-dong station is around 8-10 minute walk and is on line 7. Sinsa is around 15 minute walk and Apgeoudo (spelling?) was around 18 minute walk. They are both the same line which is the orange colour one. I did find it a bit far but it was good for when you had a huge meal and need a walk back from the station. It is less busy and quieter for those who don’t like the bustling, noise in a central area. As for staff, I did not deal with them much aside from checkin so I had no issues. For amenities, there is a pool but I also did not go there since the weather is still cold. My negative review would be that the sheets did have hair on it. I have read other comments of the hair on the bed sheets before booking the hotel. However, I believe this to be a issue with what they are cleaning with or the machine they are using. The hair seems to stick to the bed sheets so it might be the washing machine needs cleaning? Aside from the bed sheets, the room was pretty clean. There is also a bit of noise from the Main Street since many cars pass by. They do provide earplugs but it doesn’t always block out all the noise from cars.

The hotel is exactly what you need for Seoul, nothing too fancy, just a nice simple clean room with a comfy bed. Modern, simplistic toilet (with bidet) and shower cubicle. I requested a room change after being woken up by construction (not the hotel's fault), but the new room's shower cubicle didn't quite reach all the way to the bottom, it was about 1 foot short, so when showering, it kind of got the toilet area wet. Location is about 10min walk from Sinsa station or 5min walk to Hak Dong station. There's lots of little cafes, eateries in the small streets near by. Outside the hotel is a nice little Patio area (hence the name) and the hotel also has a 24hr wine store (with some liquor). Overall would recommend.

The hotel staff were helpful. The location is a little bit far from the subway station but I totally love the atmosphere here.

I stayed here when I visited Korea for cosmetic surgery and shopping. The exterior is modern and has a designer feel, the interior is simple and clean, and you can watch YouTube and Netflix on the TV. The hotel provides basic amenities such as shampoo, body soap, a refrigerator, and a hot water kettle. The hair dryer also works reasonably well. There was also a USB charging port. There were no issues with the cleaning as stated in the reviews, and the room was always clean. Due to a flight, I was unable to check in until 1-2am, but there was someone at the front desk and I was able to check in without any problems. The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from Sinsa Station, and the price is not that high (other locations are quite expensive), so I think it is very good for this access. I would stay here again as a simple stay.

The room itself was small, but it had everything we needed so we had no problems! There's a lot of wine on the first floor and the hotel also lends out glasses, so it's recommended for wine lovers!
