Good things about this hotel is that Hot water is hot, the air-con is cool. Bad things are the rest...

The building is old but the room is clean with cheap price. Has hot water and cold AC room. The room was cleaned daily and they add drinking water bottle the room cleaned. The staffs can speak in English. The location is easy to access. Can come from airport using citybus and the bus stop near the place. Near food sellers, coffee shops, Khon Kaen walking street.

Worth for what you paid. Good and big room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful A lot of street food around the building

Roma is a charming and well kept hotel in an excellent location within footsteps of restaurants and a wide variety of street vendor foods which I prefer. Always met with a smile and warm demeanor.from reception everytime I return. A 5 star hotel in my book👍

The hotel is located in the city center, very good location. In front of the hotel, there is a breakfast restaurant. Next to it, there are many noodle shops, restaurants, and cafes. The room looks good, not too old. The bed is comfortable, the mirror is very big. The housekeeper on the 4th floor is very cute. The staff is also kind and lovely.
