Top location in two steps from the Louvre Amazing rooms, the bed you could just dream about It was the third time we stayed there

The room is newly renovated which is good, location is good. Much improvement needed for their service ie. Request for a pillow but it didn’t arrive, they don’t make up rooms even the make room signs are displayed so we didn’t get enough drinking water refilled. The room is hot we need to open the window for cool air to come in. For a hotel under such big group, it is quite disappointing.

Convenient for access to Louvre but the hotel is under decoration.

When I made the reservation, I chose Normandy because the location was so good. When I stayed, the location was really good, and the room condition was also the best. They clean it every day, so you don't have to worry about theft. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and I used a filter shower, but the water quality was not bad! I don't usually write reviews, but the reason I wrote one was because of the kindness of the staff. Not just one staff member, but all of them were kind! Thanks to them, I had a more pleasant trip to Paris. If a friend of mine goes to Paris, I will definitely recommend it.

The location is really good and the rooms are clean because they renovated! They clean well and the staff are all friendly. However, only some rooms have been renovated so the way to the room can be a bit messy. There is an elevator, but depending on the room number, there are stairs that go down half a floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, that part can be a bit difficult. However, the location is really great so the cost-effectiveness is great!!

Everything was great except breakfast

There are few types of breakfast food, especially vegetables, so you may get bored of them if you stay for a long time.

The hotel is in a great location, the surroundings are safe and convenient, the rooms are relatively large in the city of Paris, and you can basically walk to some attractions. The price is quite reasonable to stay here during the Olympics.
