👍 The online photos of the room are authentic. 👍 Convenient location. 👍 The room is clean and comfortable. 👍 There is a computerised self-service check-in and check-out system.  👍 Lobbies offer a blend of aesthetics and functionality, with spaces that cater to diverse activities. 💪🏼 The refrigerator is too thin to use. Approximately the depth of an iPhone. 🥲 The only picky thing is the pillow, the pillow is too soft still those outdated styles, sleeping not comfortably enough.

The hotel's location is convenient, walkable to food and shopping district. Will recommend to people who want to stay in Hongdae area.

The bathroom tiles are really moldy and disgusting. The room carpet feels old and dirty, like it hasn’t been updated in ages. The location is great, close to the MRT. The service is average—not great, not terrible, but nowhere near the level you’d expect in Taiwan, Mainland China, or Japan. Maybe it’s because there’s a constant flow of travelers, and the front desk staff seems a bit burned out. The room is super tiny! And the price is not cheap at all! For the same price, there are definitely better options nearby. It doesn’t feel worth the money, especially with the moldy bathroom tiles and floor tiles. Plus, the room view is disappointing—you’re just looking out at another building’s machine room and air conditioners. 浴室的磁磚真的發霉很嚴重，看起來超噁心。 房間的地毯又老又髒，感覺很久沒翻新了。 地點是很好，靠近捷運，交通很方便。 服務就普普通通，說不上好也說不上差，但完全沒辦法跟台灣、大陸或日本的服務比。可能是因為來來往往的旅客太多，感覺前台員工都有點職業倦怠了。 房間真的很小！價格卻一點都不便宜！ 用同樣的價格，其實附近還有很多更好的選擇。 花了這麼多錢，真的覺得性價比不高，尤其是浴室和地板的磁磚發霉得很嚴重！房間景觀也很差，窗外就看到對面建築的機房和冷氣機。 욕실 타일에 곰팡이가 정말 많아서 너무 더럽습니다. 객실 카펫도 오래되고 더러워서 리모델링이 필요해 보여요. 위치는 정말 좋아요. MRT와 가까워서 편리합니다. 서비스는 그냥 평범했어요. 특별히 좋지도 나쁘지도 않았고, 대만, 중국 본토, 일본 호텔 서비스랑 비교하면 좀 부족한 느낌이에요. 아마 투숙객이 많아서 그런지 프론트 직원들도 약간 지친 것 같아요. 객실은 정말 작습니다! 그런데 가격은 비싸요! 같은 가격이면 이 근처에 더 좋은 선택지가 많아요. 이 정도 돈을 내고도 가성비가 좋다고 느끼지 못했어요. 특히 욕실과 바닥 타일에 곰팡이가 너무 많았고, 객실 전망도 별로였어요. 창밖에는 다른 건물의 기계실과 에어컨만 보였습니다.

The place is good to go somewhere But only for shopping and sleep If you want to heat some food,or some other drinks They don’t have microwave and the fridge space is too small Shower room is too small that I can’t put the clothes But the ppl is really friendly for service

Super good location with spacious room, plus a view from high-floor. Amenities were all provided in the room. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Perfect location in Hongdae area, 2mins walk to the metro station (exit 1). The room is small (can barely open two 24inch suitcases at the same time). The facilities are well functioning and quite new in the room, but not enough space to hang clothes (no closet). Not much noise from the bathroom door / toilet flushing which is good. Sound proof is nice as our room was right next to laundry. It would be great if the gym could open 24h (only open 6am-10pm) as there are not much equipment and need to queue around 7/8am for treadmill. The public area on 21st floor is super cool with chess table / snooker etc. There is a Wowpass machine there. And you can find restaurant and bar there (didn’t visit tho). The outdoor pool is charged even you are hotel guest. It was overpriced (USD256 per night for a basic twin bed room) during our stay, weekdays in the mid October, which is not peak season. I personally will not come again unless the room price drops back to normal. Remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

Hotel was very conveniently located near the train station exit and there were multiple bus stops near the hotel. It was great to have dispensers (for hot/ambient/cold water and ice) available near the lifts on each floor. However, the bed and pillows were too soft. You will sink all the way in once you rest on the bed/pillow. Daily housekeeping was provided but it could have been more thorough.

The location was perfect! The rooftop bar/ restaurant had a view of the whole city, which I loved! The metro and other shopping areas were all close by. I loved the hotel and would definitely go back.
