Room is just nice and location is near to the subway. Hospitality is good. Nearby restaurants also good.

Though the room is quite small, but it has everything you need. There is convenient store bus stop nearby.

Hotel was well maintained and managed. It is located in Shijo and a 5min walk to bus stop that have buses to various attractions. Karasuma station is another 3min away from the bus stop. The front desk hotel were very attentive, polite and helpful. The room is clean, comfortable and well equipped. The toilet was relatively much spacious as compared to other hotels that I stayed in Japan. There is a Lawson just two buildings away - very convenient.

Well located hotel in Kyoto centre, close to the train station as well as several famous places to visit. The room are small but perfect for a solo traveler

Great location, did not take the breakfast option as it did not seem to be value for money, good service and all the amenities are provided including tea and drip coffee. The furniture was a little outdated and shabby in places but the hotel has an old Kyoto vibe to it, so it kind off fits in.

Really nice hotel to stay, nice staff, the room is comfortable and has everything you need, clean... It's located next to Nishiki market and subway stations.

Poor Soundproofing. If you're unlucky, you will listen to neighbors' snoring. Cleanliness. I found some small holes(seemingly by bugs) at toilet paper.
