I booked this hotel for my mom during her trip from Shanghai to the US. The room was spacious, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely stay here again next time!

This hotel is very good for late flight and early flight due to is very close to airport. The hotel has airport pick up and drop off service, it may have some difficult because you need to call the hotel yourself and hotel staff speak Chinese only. For me i had add the hotel wechat and told them to chat wechat by phone.

Very friendly staff. Nice hotel. The room was clean and fresh. Towels, toothbrushes and water provided. Free shuttle service to the airport, 20 minutes ride. A bit far from the metro, Yuandong Avenue station, not walking distance, around 5-7 min by taxi. Overall a fantastic stay for 1 night. Couldn’t hear the planes at all, so had a good sleep.

Good hotel to stay before early flight. All necessary things available

Very poor sound proofing in the rooms, we could hear other guests and planes all through the night. The location is close to the airport but a little awkward to get to because of the highway and bridges.

Airport shuttle service available, great for long layover just around 10 mins to and from

The arrival to Shanghai was very cruel. The transit didn't work at all. I waited over an hour at the airport until I had to take a taxi myself and not even the taxi costs were reimbursed.

The only good thing was helpful reception. Very complicated to arrange a pick up from the airport unable to call to a Chinese number. 25min from the nearest metro station. Poor food options to pick for breakfast if leaving before breakfast starts. Poorly arranged drop off. WiFi wasn't working and the hotel was very run down. Could find much better value for money

Mediocre room at level 1. Room amenities are ok. Still probably the cheapest decent hotel near airport. Would recommend if just need to stay the night if arriving late from Pudong

A decent price compared to what’s offered right at the airport. A quick didi 10 min drive and you are there. Cons: The location is really close to airport but there is nothing there not even convenience store. Not good for more than 2 nights as train station far and pay too much for didi No mini fridge :/ Pros Really close to airport Great for short stay Place was clean Huge room Staff very friendly and try to help

The hotel was just ok. The staff is amazing and they have free airport shuttle. All the staff were excellent. Close to airport but room is just mediocre

The hotel is far from PVG about 5 km. It is suitable for short sleep over for night flight. However, it is very noisy from the airplane.
