location good staff good room good clean and tidy,, affordable price

The rooms is spacious for junior suite. But the rooms is not clean, you can see a floating toilet flies inside the toilet bowl. Meaning a long time ago been use. The amenities was not replace, left with half used shampoo & liquid soap. Luckly we bought our own liquid soap. The TV was not function well (you can see half picture with no voice) & my 10 years old son adjusted it and we can watch. The lights sometimes on & off. We switch on the makeup room, we came back at 6pm & the rooms is not done. It is disappointed with the service which they should check before release the rooms. We paid rm570++ for 2 nights & the service is not value for the money.

Location is ok, outside have a lot of restaurants and massage shops. But WiFi is not good inside room.

Good location,the room is great,clean,& also close to the tourist area. The hotel also provided parking for guests . Basic amenities by hotel & easy to get food surrounding area. The hotel staff is friendly & helpful. Good for a short staycation.

No prayer mat, no disposable toothbrush

The hotel is conveniently located, just 10 minutes' walk from jonker street. It is clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious enough. There is a car park with a few lots.

oklah..not too far from places of interest..parking pun selesa tapi kalau nak jalan kaki jauh gak lah

The parking no enough , For outside parking hotel should provide kupon For free.

Overall ok.

Booked for my husband to stay while travelling for business, he commented the room is spacious and clean, nice and comfy to stay.
