Stayed here for 5 nights and it was a good experience overall. Check in was smooth and easy. There are 2 buildings in total (Block A and B) connected with a walkway. I got a good room rate which is non-refundable so it's a good deal overall. I'll definitely choose to stay here again and hopefully their housekeeping standards will improve by then. The good - The building is extremely new! It's a quiet neighbourhood with other service apartment style hotels (the area well lit at night, dont worry) - near to 2 metro station (3sam-ga and 4sa-ga) but very limited bus service nearby - surrounded by a few convenience stores (emart/gs25) - comfortable bed and pillows - international plugs - direct bus from myeongdong street - there is a few WOWPASS machines in the hotel. The bad - They alternate between tidying & changing linens. You'll have to request from reception if you need the linen change daily. - housekeeping was not up to standard. (1) the floor mat was not given for 2 nights as staff mistakenly gave me another bath towel (2) mugs were washed but not placed back into the original position, it was left by the sink. (3) bath robes were not replaced for one of the nights and I had to call the reception What was provided: - balcony! - washing machine (detergent to be purchased from reception at a fee) - smart dryer (air clean, steam or dry wet clothes) - a full fridge with freezer - microwave oven - wine chiller and wine glass - induction cooker (pots to be requested from reception) - hair dryer - shampoo/conditioner/body wash - bath robes

It felt more like a modern studio apartment than a typical hotel room. All the furnishings and appliances were new and in excellent condition, which made my stay even more comfortable. The space was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel at home. I truly enjoyed staying here and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Since it is a recently built hotel, the interior is clean. It is nice that there are facilities inside for cooking. The downside is that when you open the window, you can see the opposite windows, and the room is a little dark.

One of the worst hotel i have stayed at, first of all the neighbors is bad old and boring when it come to the hotel : one tiny reception lobby for a giant complex’s, ( mean receptionist that was servile with me and condescending with my Korean friend when asked to register her car ) once you got your room key it’s literally like an escape to find your room ( be also ready to wait 10 mins for elevator and if they are not full you are extremely lucky ) after going from A building to B building you arrived in your fresh painted smelly room and you are gifted with a Bangladesh slums view or Hiroshima circa 1950 i your imagination do the work !

The unit was spacious, clean and neat for the three of us though it isn’t close to any train station. The check-in was smooth and we did it through the machine. There’s a convenience store that opens 24-7 which is a big bonus. Overall, it was a great experience staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel with good service. Good room size for family travelling together. House keeping clean room everyday. The location is not so near to attractions and shopping area but can be reach by subway which is have to walk up the high stairs. 2 convenient stores right at the hotels though.

The hotel is near to the train stations. There is a pick up and drop off point for the airport bus. The room is clean and big, and very new. On the first day, i was welcome by a rude staff, but after that, all staffs are good. The hotel have all the basics, but there is not free luggage store, you need to pay. This is the bad point

Nice hotel room and us very near subway station. There is a connection bridge from subway line 2to hotel B entrance. Hotel room come with washing machine which is nice and convenient for travellers staying more than 2days

Nice location, also near to main street and metro. Staffs are helpful with every guest as well.

Food scent on blankes and pillows. Hope guests not to eat food that smells in the room.

Easy self check in but friendly staff are always ready to help you out. Room was a bit small for two but it has everything we needed. I loved the self dry cleaner in the room. Amazing view from the rooftop which was never been crowded. Good location. Famous food market is at 10 mins walk
