We are sorry that you may have misunderstood the location due to the confusion between Gangnam and Seocho areas when making a reservation, and we fully understand the inconvenience caused by the walking distance and the outside weather. The operation team is taking seriously the fact that taxi drivers had difficulty finding the location, and that you could not receive immediate assistance when you needed it due to the view outside the window and the absence of a concierge.
