Clean room with fresh sheets and great view of Hallasan from the room. Although room is not the newest and they don’t provide amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, there were hand wash liquid and lotion provided. Toilet was also big. Had to park our car at a big sheltered public parking space about 2 mins away from the hotel but it was not a problem. Hotel is nearby food area and is walking distance away from the popular market. Overall, a great experience at Hotel Golden Daisy, value for money and would stay here again!

Location very good as bus stop just 2-5 mins away from hotel. It’s convenient to go around . Housekeeping omitted to provide me any water or coffee/tea on my last day . I stayed 3 nights here. Location is nearer market than the harbour

Not a bad hotel. We slept well, location is OK, near the market (but the streets are clean), not far from the waterfall (10-15 minutes on foot). But room cleaning wasn't very good. Breakfast is average. Parking was unavailable for a small SUV (Hyundai Ionic 5) because it has only one (!!!) normal parking slot. Others are for disabled persons or behind the car lift with very low entrance. Service wasn't excellent as well. And no birthday cake, sweet, or any gift for a baby, who had a birthday during the stay (I asked at the reception).

Clean room and bed is comfortable. Great location. Will book again if come to Jeju. Hotel is along thw main road.

The location, service is good, it’s near the market. The price is ok. I’m very happy.

Went there for 2 days but i slept for 1 day and went to another hotel. The same is terrible , the facilities are old and smelly.Also, the bed sheets had a stain !! Can't believe that was a 4 star hotel.It's just like a motel 2박3일 예약 했는데 하루정도 숙박하고 바로 그다음날 환불 안되는걸 알면서 바로 다른 호텔로 옮겼어요. 시설이 넘 낡고 방에서 냄새도 나고 이불에 뭐가 묻어 있었고요. 정말 최악입니다.4성급 호텔인지 모텔인지 모를정도 더러웠어요.

Awful hotel. Diry and delapidated. Staff don't understand what is a late check out, rather wanted to charge an hourly rate for even an extra hour. Do NOT stay here.

Everything is good except the motion sensor light in front the toilet...it will turn on by itself at night..creepy

Overall was great based on the rate we paid. Things to improve: The cleanness of the toilet is acceptable but could improve further. The towel looks cleaned but with some disgusting smell. The entrance light is operate under sensor. It very distracting especially during bed time. The auto central heater caused making us too warm in the room and can’t be adjusted to air conditioning once the heater is activated by the building. Carpark description as it has height limitations not only size. Small car with certain height won’t fit for the carpark. Only 2 bottles of water provided for 4 pax room and the water is frozen. What we like about the hotel: The location is near to 24 hours laundry and CU. Staff are quite helpful. Free public car park nearby. The small kimbap stall nearby is quite nice. You will pass by the stall if your car is parked at the public carpark.
