I can't say enough about all the great things this hotel has to offer. The beds were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and had many choices not often seen in a hotel setting. We were told that the hotel had been completely renovated 2 years ago - it is obvious that a great deal of thought was put into the details of this renovation. Fresh lemon or cucumber water was available in the lobby along with lots of information about things to do in the area- the staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were so well appointed with little details that make a big difference. (Lots of outlets for chargers, reading lights that are easily accessible on each of the beds, dispensers for soap, onditioner, lotion and body wash easily accessible and attached to the wall to keep things neat and organized. There was a great coffee maker and a fridge and microwave. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. But, I think the best part was the fabulous heated, outdoor pool! It was large and clean with plenty of chairs and towels. It was fabulous to have access to this on a sweltering hot day!There was absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. HIghly recommended!

I would say here again. There were a couple of problems that would NOT prevent me from staying here, but that should be addressed by management.
The hot water was somewhere between nonexistent and inconsistent. The first night there was water that was barely body temperature. I mentioned it to the staff. The second night the water was tepid. The water was never hot.
The breakfast buffet had good options, but was not monitored adequately. So food ran out and it was several minutes before it was replenished.

Staff was friendly and nice. I found the room to be nice and clean however tech outlets need an update. I forgot my watch charger found no port for it without an adapter in the room. Secondly throughout my three night stay the single cup coffee maker did not work! One thing I enjoy in the mornings before I leave a room is the ability to make a couple of cups of coffee. I purchased a couple of cups from the restaurant. One I saved for the next morning and microwaved.
I did share it with management the first night. No replaced was brought in. Last, my room was on the ground floor so had to keep the blackout shade down. Being a single female it would have been more thoughtful to have been given a room on the second floor, there wasn’t that many guest the weekend. Felt closed because I wasn’t comfortable leaving the shad up.

room was clean but we did wind up with flying ants in the bathroom (lots of them) on our last night there. Bar and dining were fine - didn't take advantage of breakfast so nothing to report on that

Very convenient off the 90 HWY, Staff great and helpful, few lamps in room did not work and need more tech usb and c outlets to plug into.

The room was pretty outdated and the carpet was sticky in numerous spots. The canvas artwork on the wall actually had a few holes in it. Found a random flip flop under our bed when looking for a lost sock.
