Hotel Metropolitan Sendai East Reviews

Honestly everything from start to finish was great about this hotel. Employees spoke english, rooms were spacious, nice and modern. Location was in sendai station with malls, food and sightseeing everywhere.  Sendai is also the home of gyutan. Try it, honestly. If I had something to complain about it would be that one of the 3 elevators only go to the 3rd floor and not 1st.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from Sendai station. Convenient to go anywhere. Shopping mall, restaurants around the hotel. Guest room is spacious, clean and tidy. We will definitely accommodate here when we visit Sendai again in future.

Located in side JR station where one is pampered by the variety of restaurants and amenities. The room is of good size and clean; breakfast is simple but was disappointed with no omelet making counter.

Good location very near Sendai Station  Nice room & hotel decor is modern  Dining & shops around  I chose a queen bed room  I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side)  I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view  However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable  Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area  Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef  One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)

This is my first priority hotel i stayed in when I visited Sendai. The location is perfect just above the station Staffs are friendly. Room is spacious for solo traveller.

Love the fact that it is just above Sendai station. Very convenient to drop off shopping bags when shopping around the area. Or to take trains to Yamagata or Matsushima for day trips. Room is clean, small but still can open 2 mid sized luggages.

The location is so good, convenient to go anywhere. The bus that bring us to Tokyo is at level 1 outside the hotel. If I ever visit Sendai again will definitely come back to this hotel

Excellent location! closest to the Shinkansen exit! 1 min walk to hotel entrance!  Nice and clean room.

Hotel room is clean and conveniently located just at the train station. Will consider to book again.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay in Sendai, Japan.
