Very good service, room is spacious and buffets are good.  However, check out at 10 am is too rush for travellers.

Family trip during Taiwan new year period. The style kind of old school but the service is good and the hot spring is great. Very relax place to spend a least 2 days for chill. The if drive yourself, Akiu shire(秋保神社) and Akiu Waterfall(秋保大瀧) is really worth to visit.

Very good stay with the comfortable onsen and bed . Buffet dinner is excellent and variety food choice. Highly recommend

This is a traditional Japanese hot spring inn popular with locals. We were the only foreigners in the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were both buffets, and the food was average. However, considering the price and the free shuttle bus from Sendai Station, it was worth a try.

This is a hot spring hotel in Sendai. There are many different hot springs to soak in, different types of rooms to choose from, and the dinner is in the form of a buffet. It is very rich. I will consider going there again.

A very good hotel. The dinner was delicious. The hot spring pool was comfortable and quiet. It is worth a trip.

The location of the environmental sanitation service is acceptable, recommended!

Dinner was delicious, with crab, freshly fried tempura, and local Sendai parsley hotpot.

The lobby is beautiful. The main bathhouse has been renovated and is large with an open-air hot spring experience, which is great. The annex is a bit small and old, but you can go to both so it's not a problem. The room is an old-style hot spring hotel tatami room. It's okay for one night and two meals, but the breakfast is better than the dinner.

Playing table tennis costs 500 yen, and there are some... Both hot springs are wonderful and have beautiful scenery.

For my mother who has difficulty walking, they were very accommodating and kind, changing our room to one near the elevator! The baths and views in the main building were also amazing ♪ The baths in the annex were closed due to repairs, but we were able to use the baths at the nearby Zuiho, which was very satisfying! There were also many shuttle buses, which was very helpful!

A hotel surrounded by nature. It felt a little old, but it had been renovated and was comfortable. Food was buffet style both in the morning and evening, with a wide variety of dishes. I was also able to get beef tongue for a very reasonable price! The hot springs were also very pleasant, and as I have sensitive skin, the slightly alkaline water was gentle on my skin and was perfect.

I stayed on the 7th floor of the annex. There were steps, such as at the entrance to the unit bath, and some parts felt old, but more than that, the smiles and service of the front desk staff were very pleasant. The food was also very delicious. I would like to stay here again.

This was my second stay here, and the reception was very polite, and the explanation of the facilities was easy to understand. Both dinner and breakfast were buffets, which was more than half the fun, and there was no doubt about the variety and deliciousness. Plus, the temperature of the hot springs and the view were a perfect match, so I'll definitely be back.
