Yes, it's worth it for that price. At most, you should clean the fan often so that it can rotate faster. It's a bit stuffy, but it's better to give it more ventilation so it's not stuffy.

The location is strategic, there is a minimarket around the hotel, there are many food sellers in front of the hotel. As soon as you enter the room, it smells fragrant, the AC in the room is really cold, the TV is already an Android so it's not boring, and the WiFi is also fast.

A nice and clean homestay, the service is also good, there are lots of food for sale, the plus is the fast wifi, the minus is the standard room, there is only 1 toilet in the outside bathroom.
