We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Miramonti. We believe the hotel could use some renovation. The water wasn’t draining in the shower and the bathroom door didn’t close properly. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Terrible hôtel. Very noisy at night- they were throwing the garbage at night and made an awful noise. Rooms are not isolated. The furniture is very old and definitely need renovation.
Breakfast is only made of sweet things and fruits. No cheese, no ham or eggs.
Swimming pool is small
The only positive thing about this hôtel us the staff. They were great.

Dopo aver confermato la camera, non vedevamo l'ora di iniziare nostre vacanze in Puglia. Decisamente meglio di come potevamo aspettarci, grazie alla gentilezza, alla cortesia, all'educazione ed al sorriso delle gentilissime ISABELLA e MARICA, che dal primo momento ci hanno accolto con un sorriso. Premetto che la struttura sembrava fosse di proprietà loro per come interagivano con noi e con tutti i clienti. Quindi mi sento di dare atto e merito, a queste due impiegate, che davvero sono il punto forte dell' hotel Miramonti. Conoscevo la struttura da diverso tempo, ma decisamente l'ho trovata migliorata sotto tutti i punti di vista. Camere confortevoli, pulite e curate, colazione ricca e abbondante, servizi e soprattutto tanta, tantissima qualità del personale che mi permetto di ringraziare pubblicamente in questa mia recensione. Se dovessi dare giudizio, 5 sole sono poche. Ripeto il punto di forza è stato il sorriso e l'accoglienza di queste due giovani ragazze e mi permetto di menzionare. Isabella e Marica GRAZIE vivamente dal profondo del cuore. Carlo, Daniela e il piccolo Gabriele.

Hotel stupendo,pulito e curato,ci sono stata con la famiglia..pulizia stanze impeccabili,personale cordiale! Piscina pulita con annesso bagnino Servizio colazione con vasta scelta tra torte,cornetti etc… Stanza munita da tutti i confort

Bellissimo tutto, hotel da 4 stelle piene..tutto molto curato nei dettagli dalla pulizia della stanza alla colazione la mattina. Personale gentilissimo che ci ha consigliati su ogni itinerario da fare e si ciò da vedere. Ci siamo veramente trovati bene, ci ritorneremo sicuramente, complimenti allo staff del Castel Miramonti.

Siamo stati per un week end per goderci l’esperienza dello zoo safari. Che dire, ottima ospitalità, prenotazioni avvenuta telefonicamente come anche il check in fatto on Line, veloce ed affidabile. Per ogni chiarimento sempre il pre vacanza è stato disponibile a telefono. Una volta giunti a destinazione io personale si è rivelato gentile e disponibile, consigliandoci ristoranti e come muoverci. Stanze pulite, letti comodi per cinque di noi. Un albergo che ci ha fornito una camera per 5. Economico, con piscina e una colazione abbondante con ogni tipo di scelta. Lo consiglio per un po’ di tempo a Fasano
