This place is rated as a 4-star hotel, but it doesn’t deserve even one star. The cleanliness is absolutely unacceptable — the rooms were dirty, floors stained, and the towels had a bad smell. The customer service is terrible; there’s no professionalism or care for guests, and every inquiry is met with indifference or delays. The parking situation is another disaster — very tight spaces, making it difficult to park without risking damage to your car. Bottom line: I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, whether for tourism or business. A terrible experience I will never repeat!

Wonderful stay
The loumage suits and spa provided us with exceptional service and warmth.Still, it won't harm to do some upkeep and redecorate the rooms.

Booked here well in advance so I got the stay at a reasonable price to stay for the F1 race. It was ok but not nearly as plush as the photos. The rooms were large but the living and kitchen area were quite dark and dismal. The bathroom could also do with a bit of TLC - quite a few patch up areas on grout and sealant and the bathroom tap had to be fixed whilst we were there as it stuck! The kitchenette although welcome was a bit of a waste of time - no pans to use on the hob, no kitchenware to use in the oven and only cutlery was two spoons! The saving grace was that the bed was very comfortable - just a shame it's right next to a mosque which had large speakers calling worshippers to prayer at 4:45am each day!
