"We stayed at this hotel for 3 days, whilst in Rapperswill. Right from the very first welcome to the last goodbye everything was perfect. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The staff were very helpful & professional. Nothing was a problem. The hotel is well situated, across the road from the train station & close to Great hotel the old town, with lots of restaurants close by. I would fully recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

"Have eaten in the restaurant many times in the past 7 years, although not the cleanest my choice of Finnish Salmon was always good, until my last visit! If I had been the ‘chef’ I would be looking for a new career. The spinach spread across the plate and was tasteless, the diced potatoes were just cooked, colourless and tasteless with the added bonus of the water used to boil them! The salmon was cooked but a colour I haven’t seen before! I would definitely not visit again, and very very expensive. Service slow."
