I want to give it a bad rating just to hopefully keep the price low! We stayed here one night and have nothing but great things to say. It's less than ten minutes from uptown Sedona as well as from Coconino National forest trails. We got there after check in but the instructions were clear. The rooms were large and clean with cute little bows made from toilet paper, etc. Plenty of wildlife nearby if that's your thing including hummingbirds, Ospreys, Javelinas, etc. Would 100% stay here again.

Looks like this hotel is barely hanging on - the part we stayed at last year is closed for renovations and this hotel felt like a ghost town. The room wasn’t stocked with soap/linens and the cable didn’t work. Felt a little past its prime. No staff on site when we checked in either.

We had an excellent stay. The resort was very beautiful. We had the room overlooking the creek and it was serene. Friendly staff, good maintenance, the location is gorgeous!

Beautiful grounds and such a lovely little villa. Very private and quiet and had everything we needed for week stay in Sedona. Great location surrounded by gorgeous mountaind.

Park setting with family of ducks peacefully living on pond in front of units patio, even a token grey heron. Fireplace was broken with dead bird inside. Kitchen was clean and easy to prepare coffee packets there. Check in was precarious with note on door advising no staff avail. Called number on sign and was given direction how to open secure box to retry room key. Ok to get key but unsettling to know no staff available.
