I thought The Cliffs was very nice, but a little too expensive for what they offered. The ongoing construction on the property made it difficult to find my way around. I found that Sedona, in general, charges Santa Fe prices while not offering Santa Fe quality.

We had 2 rooms on the upper floor. The rooms were so old and outdated. The carpet was dirty, cracks in the tile, furniture was chipped, lights out in the bathroom, front door old and chunks of wood missing!!! I knew we were in trouble when we walked up the stairs and they were cracked and had chunks missing out of the stone surface!! I was told that the rooms were newly remodeled...what a joke! I expected more because this is a sister property to Auberge. Stay someone else!!

このホテルの良さはなんといっても部屋からの眺望。バルコニーもついていますが、ベッドに横になりながらでもレッド・ロックの山々を眺めることができます。サンセットにオレンジ色に輝く山波は感動ものです。部屋は古さを感じますが開放的で水まわりなども問題ありませんでした。私が泊まった部屋は２階でしたが建物のつくりから実質地上１階だったので、ドアを開けると目の前が駐車場といった感じで、時おり外の音や声などはちょっと気になりました。アップタウンにあり、ピンクジープツアーやトローリーの乗り場もすぐそばなので、車がない私のような人には特に便利な場所にあるホテルです。ただホテルのランクからするとちょっと高いかなとも思います。

This hotel must be really popular because there was very limited availability when we booked our room. They didn't have a suite on the floor we wanted, so we had to settle for a cheaper one on the bottom floor. Even so, we still had a great view from our room. The bed was comfortable, and the TV was nice. The room itself was rather small, but it was fine for the two nights we were there. The location is perfect for walking to local restaurants and shops. The breakfast buffet was disappointing, so we chose not to use our voucher the next day.

I highly recommend this hotel. My husband and I stayed two nights and found it perfect for our purposes. The room was clean and pleasantly appointed. The views were spectacular. We booked the reservation directly with the hotel and an ample breakfast buffet was included each morning. Both of us rather enjoyed that it was Uptown because we believe that to be the most charming part of Sedona and we could walk to all the restaurants we wanted to eat in and enjoy a stroll along the street looking in the various shops. I came home recommending this hotel to other members of my family for any overnight trip they make to Sedona.

This hotel is wonderful. We will not stay anywhere else while in Sedona. It has a great location-walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. The very best thing about this hotel is the VIEW from your balcony! Awesome! To wake up with that view or to share a bottle of wine on the balcony overlooking the red rocks is priceless. The front desk and housekeeping are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is an added bonus. The pool was never crowded and is lovely. We loved this place and can't wait to come back.
