This hotel was sparkling clean, our creekside villa was spacious and luxurious, and the front desk staff were top notch. We woke up to the sound of the creek and the stunning Sedona red rocks. Can't think of single thing it lacked.

Check in was friendly and efficient. We had a room on the fifth floor with great views over the red rocks from the balcony. The room was well equipped although the bathroom was quite small but more than adequate for our needs. Having a wash basin and mirror separate to the main bathroom was useful. Sleep quality was good with a comfortable bed. All staff we had contact with were very helpful and friendly, especially Rita who checked us in, and out. The pool was underused while we were there which was OK for us to get it all to ourselves! Located just a short walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown Sedona. The included breakfast is very good with all items kept constantly replenished and tables cleaned even when it's busy. We've visited Sedona several times now but this was just the second time at Arroyo Roble, which is now our 'go to' hotel to stay in the town. Being able to drive in, park and unload the car and then not use it for a few days was a great relief at [almost] the end of a long road trip. Thanks.

This stay was a huge disappointment. For over $500 a night, we expected a comfortable, well-run property. Instead, we got a tired room, zero service, and no amenities to speak of. There was no housekeeping at all during our stay. No fresh towels, no tidying, and we arrived to find the master bath wasn’t even stocked with basics like shampoo or soap. If you’re cutting daily service, the least you can do is make sure the room is ready. Maintenance issues were everywhere. The fireplace didn’t work. The master shower was useless—either a painful blast or barely a mist. The room phone blinked red constantly for phantom messages, lighting up the room at night. We had to cover it with a towel just to sleep. All of this was reported to the front desk. Nothing was done. There’s nowhere onsite to eat or grab a drink, and breakfast was dismal—watery eggs and canned fruit every morning. The pool was small, dirty, filled with leaves, and had no towels available. Rooms are so far from the main building you have to drive just to eat. And to top it off, we were charged $20 a night for basic off-street parking. Staff felt completely disengaged. No acknowledgment of loyalty status. No follow-up on any issue raised. Nothing about this stay felt warm, welcoming, or worth the money. Save your money—this place is all price tag and no payoff

We recently stayed 3 nights at the Best Western Plus Arroyo Roble hotel in a King room with a red rock view. The bed was comfortable, and we liked the complimentary dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The room also had a couch, fridge, Keurig and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and each day they served scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, a different egg casserole and potatoes as well as a selection of breads, cereals, beverages and pastries. This hotel is right in town and close to many shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel!

This is a great location. If you stay here it is for the location and being able to leave your car for the weekend and have everything you need within walking distance. This is a Best Western, if you’re expecting five star four diamond you’re not going to get it here. Yes it is outdated - the reviews that are shocked by the Best Western being an actual Best Western are hilarious. Stay here because you park and do not need your car or have to deal with the horrendous Sedona traffic and parking for the weekend. All shops and restaurants are minutes away by foot. The rooms are very clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked great for Netflix before bed. The view from our room was incredible and what you pay for when you come to Sedona. The staff was very friendly. There’s not a lot open for breakfast in Sedona so you may have to settle for the free breakfast at the hotel. We did the pool and it was refreshingly cool, very clean. The pool down by the resort that you also get access to was very shaded and cool. There’s lots of amenities over there, ping pong, foos ball, saunas, racket ball, etc. I would absolutely stay here again with my family.

If you value quiet for sleep don’t come here
Great location but that’s where it stops. Room was very dated and the air conditioning unit sounded like a rock launching everytime it came on. No sleep.
