To keep everyone entertained we have provided fast wifi, DIRECTV's Choice package, free Netflix, an NES Classic with over 2000 classic games, along with board games and puzzles. The private fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing with a hot tub and fire pit for those chilly nights. The covered front porch offers seating for six with amazing views of Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona. Centrally located West Sedona offers a large number of fantastic restaurants from pizza and diners to fine dining, wine bars, and steakhouses. There are several grocery stores in the direct vicinity for your convenience including the Sedona Whole Foods and several organic grocers. Sedona Airport/Airport Mesa and the Mary D. Property as advertised. Very easy check in process. Comfortable space. Great to have the backyard hot tub. Neighborhood is serene and pretty. Literally a 1 minute walk to beautiful hiking. Very close to several grocery stores and coffee shops. Was a great base for us to explore Sedona. Thank you!

The property was in a great location. Quite neighborhood mins from Sugarloaf Summit. The house was spotless and well stocked with extras such aa waters and hiking supplies. The hot tub was a great way to start and end the day. Easy check in and out. I would highly recommend staying here and if in Sedona again will stay here.

Great Stay
Clean, comfortable, and convenient to trailhead. Host provided plenty of water for hiking which was much appreciated. Primary shower was difficult getting in and out, however, secondary bathroom had another shower. Would stay here again.

Excellent rental
This house was an excellent rental property. The location was perfect with access to amazing hiking trails. The house was very clean and well maintained. There was an entire closet dedicated to gear that might be useful on an outdoor adventure. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We had a small hiccup with the hot tub and the owner responded immediately and solved the problem. We would definitely recommend this property to others.
