First time staying at the resort, I was impressed on how courteous, helpful, attentive the staff was. The location couldn't be better and they all went above and beyond to making our friends birthday celebration extra special. We will definitely be back soon.

Without a doubt the BEST resort to visit in Florida. Staff were excellent and attentive restaurant was wonderful great food and top notch waitress great rooms and wonderful pool area. 5 stars isn't good enough for this resort. Thanks to entire staff

Hotel room didn’t seem very clean. Carpet was stained, bathroom seemed to be updated but done so poorly. You could hear the loud music from the bar across the street at night. Tried to let my son play in the pool but had to leave due to 9-10 adults drinking alcohol heavily at the pool and taking alcohol into the pool. Overall I should have stayed somewhere else.

This place is a must when visiting Sebastian area. The room was clean and the restaurants were delicious, the live music was amazing and the wedding ceremony on the beach was beautiful. The reception in the Tiffany room was fantastic. The staff is ao accommodating and there’s a nice area to walk across the way. Definitely check them out!

Exceeded our expectations!! The hotel was immaculate and the activities and food were amazing. The staff was very friendly and professional. A great time was had!
