I’ve stayed in $300 plus rooms in my life and have had my feet dirty from carpet. This place I felt like I could eat off the floor. Everything is spotless. The owners are laid-back. The views just feet away with a private beach area for your sunsets and sunrises were a definite unexpected touch. Highly recommended to all my family and friends when they visit now.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Davis House Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great. It's walking distance to several restaurants. The staff is friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful plane to stay! The location is great! Walking distance to several restaurants and bars, private dock on the river and wonderful owners who are very accommodating. Our room was awesome with lots of private space outdoors and nice space indoors. Very comfortable bed and very clean. Easy checkin too. Highly recommend if you are visiting Sebastian!

Love this inn. Host is available at any time should the need arise. Rooms clean, kitchenette with coffee for the morning and a breakfast food truck on weekends across the street.
