"Staff was great but hotel infra was not good , room did not even had basic stuff like a table or anything to use. They provided bath towels but no hand towels or anything. Shower was broken , no room slippers, shampoo soap etc was there but was super bad quality . Bedsheets were stained already and sleeping in bed left me and partner with lot of itching in body. Over all hotel does not have a good flow of air and was very stuffy. Rooms in evening get very dark . We paid around 5K JPY for this roiom which i think deserve to get better facilities.
However , staff was very nice and helpful and always had a smile on their face"
