Motel 6 Seaside, or

For an economy motel, this was great! Room could use a few repairs (holes in bathroom walls & over paint removal from tub would be much more appealing). Management was awesome, very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in this lovely Motel 6 while shifting into life on the coast. We moved from Central Oregon and ran into the issue of our jobs beginning before we found a place to live. We were there for over two weeks and found it to be the perfect place to get acquainted with the area and figure out where to live permanently. KC and Evelyn were lovely to work with and really made sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. We also had two pets, and they were very accommodating and patience with us during stay over services. I also used the guest laundry and ironing and felt they had all you needed to accomplish weekly washes. Plus, you could walk to the beach and local eateries and we've even discovered one of our new favorite pizza places. Highly recommend, especially for long term stays.

Front desk guy was friendly. I believe Margarita was the housekeeper, the room was very clean, and inviting. Property was nice. Good coffee in the lobby.

Nice rooms and updated

Staff is very nice and prompt in our requests for fluffier pillows. The room was clean. They only provided 4 guest soaps no shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion, fridge in room but no coffee maker had to go to the lobbie for coffee, no contenental breakfast of any kind, could at least have breakfast bars. Felt a little bit unsafe outside as there were a few people making noise with car radios in the parking lot till past 11pm. The walls were thin, could hear voices but not to the extent of what was being said. I'd have to say that not charging for dogs is a plus and the room didn't have an odor. Not a very safe place for dogs to relieve themselves outside though. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and lobbie. The bed was really used and should be replaced soon, as it had the body indent on one side. The pillows were completely flat and hard so had to ask for fluffier pillows which they provided quickly and to the room. Great staff!
