I arrived at around 5pm and was checked in within minutes. The front desk staff were great. I went to my 2nd floor, river facing room, and was very pleased. A beautiful mini apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, fireplace, and balcony. This room was clean and comfy. The only downside was their breakfast. Other than that, this was a very nice place to stay.

We arrived quite late to the hotel and immediately went out for dinner, so didn’t get chance to enjoy any of the hotel amenities. Our room was on the ground floor right next to the breakfast room and pool, and as such we were woken early on Sunday morning by excited children and clattering of people having breakfast. Room 117 not ideal in terms of location! There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite, 1 outside the bedroom). Both very comfy beds, both with in-room TVs. We were happy with the choice in terms of hotel location, parking, mini-kitchen (they provide coffee) and the washer/dryer machines. We didn’t use the patio area or living room, but they looked just fine. Breakfast (included in the price) was a big disappointment: paper plates, plastic cutlery, few choices (some fruit, bagels/cream cheese/peanut butter, something which looked like scones and oatmeal, drip coffee)

We have stayed here many times over the years. Always pleasant. It's clean and comfortable. If we are staying in town for more than 3 nights, we prefer Rivertide Suites as they are condo units - full kitchen and laundry. The laundry is especially helpful if this stay is part of a longer trip. Everything works, staff are very professional and kind. Only downside this time was breakfast. We rarely eat breakfast at the hotels we stay at, so not a deal breaker. The breakfast we tried here was underwhelming. Wouldn't take much to bring it up to par with neighboring hotels (or jusy don't do breakfast). Like the wine bar in the lobby, wish code would allow a rooftop bar. To make this stay even better, we had booked a queen studio (only room we've never booked). On the way up, I received a text telling me they'd upgrade us to a King River View room for an additional $25/night. Didn't have a choice, the wife made it clear this was going to happen. Don't think you'd be disappointed in staying here

The bed was comfy. Room was clean. It’s a great walkable spot to shops, restaurants, and the beach. There were games we could borrow in the lobby for our kids. Couch bed mattress is a little too thin for an adult but fine for kids. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice clean, spacious room with a great view of the river and town. Restaurants in Seaside are seemingly all tourist traps so the fully stocked kitchen was a godsend. My children loved the pool and hot tub, which had puddle jumpers and life vests available for non-swimmers to float around safely and independently meeting other kids so mom and dad can watch comfortably from the hot tub 5 feet away. What a relief for us to land here on a long road trip with no prior knowledge of Seaside!

Great quiet location in Seaside!
Really nice location in Seaside! We were there for a show at the convention center, so it was convenient. But it was right near the main ***** of Seaside, and everything was a very short walk! Including getting to the beach for evening bonfires and s'mores! Plenty of room... water pressure and temps were great! Place was clean. We'd definitely stay there again when we visit Seaside! If we had to ask for improvements, the only thing would be, the queen sofa pullout... they were comfortable, but made a lot of noise when the kids moved on it... But this was minor and earplugs and closed doors fixed the problem :) HIGHLY recommend!
