I arrived at around 5pm and was checked in within minutes. The front desk staff were great. I went to my 2nd floor, river facing room, and was very pleased. A beautiful mini apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, fireplace, and balcony. This room was clean and comfy. The only downside was their breakfast. Other than that, this was a very nice place to stay.

We arrived quite late to the hotel and immediately went out for dinner, so didn’t get chance to enjoy any of the hotel amenities. Our room was on the ground floor right next to the breakfast room and pool, and as such we were woken early on Sunday morning by excited children and clattering of people having breakfast. Room 117 not ideal in terms of location! There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite, 1 outside the bedroom). Both very comfy beds, both with in-room TVs. We were happy with the choice in terms of hotel location, parking, mini-kitchen (they provide coffee) and the washer/dryer machines. We didn’t use the patio area or living room, but they looked just fine. Breakfast (included in the price) was a big disappointment: paper plates, plastic cutlery, few choices (some fruit, bagels/cream cheese/peanut butter, something which looked like scones and oatmeal, drip coffee)

The bed was comfy. Room was clean. It’s a great walkable spot to shops, restaurants, and the beach. There were games we could borrow in the lobby for our kids. Couch bed mattress is a little too thin for an adult but fine for kids. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This is a late review because I usually get a prompt from the hotel but not this time. We love this hotel and always try to stay here when we come to Seaside. Great parking, location and easy walk to all pour favorite restaurants on Broadway. This staff is always so helpful and friendly, especially Jason, Kathryn, and always Debbie. They're the best.

This is a very good hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay if you have a large party. I stayed in the two bedroom suite, it was very spacious for my party of 6. They have complementary breakfast, but there were very limited items for breakfast. Overall, this is a good stay.

Nice rooms, clean and spacious, hotel lobby and location were great - clean and close to town. Pool was smaller with huge crowds of rowdy kids, breakfast was unimpressive for the size of the hotel.

What a pleasant surprise. Just a quick overnight stay but the suite was fantastic. Great location. Highly recommend!!!
