The room was clean, the shower drain was clogged which was inconvenient for a beach town. The hotel is under reconstruction.

We spent part of our 40th Anniversary trip here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful with checking in and out. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony facing north, it was labeled a partial ocean view and it definitely did not disappoint! The beautiful sunsets were amazing! Our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and our overall experience was very enjoyable! We didn’t use the cafe because we chose other seafood options in the area, but it was well used by other hotel patrons. We felt safe, secure and well taken care of. We will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

DON'T pay for the jetted tub in your room. The tub is kind of gross and it takes away half of the balcony, leaving only a small little alcove. So disappointing since we didn't want the tub to begin with - we just wanted an oceanview room with a balcony. Also, if you're on floor 1 or 2, your ocenview will be the side of the grassy dune. You will NOT be able to see the ocean. We were on the 3rd floor and could barely see the water. Plus if it's foggy (which it often is in Seaside), you won't be able to see anything. The actual ocean is a bit of a walk across the dune. If you're looking for an oceanview room, go to Cannon Beach or look at other properties in Seaside. We would not stay here again. The rooms felt dirty and dated.

Great staff, super nice and eager to please. Room was super clean, and quiet at night when it counts. We had a nice kitchenette with a stove top, toaster, coffee maker, dishes in the cupboard so clean they seemed new, and best of all a dishwasher. Easy walking to everything, we use the car once in 4 days.

Such a great location. Easy walk to town and shops. The onsite restaurant had good variety of selections and reasonable prices. Excellent service. Highly recommend the king suites. Roomy, and the fully stocked mini kitchen was a convenient bonus. Great value too.
