Home base for ur wedding guests. Everyone enjoyed their stay and had a great time. We finished out the wedding week there to relax. It was great! We loved the updated rooms. Everything looked amazing. My only suggestion would be more options on pillows

Excellent location, layout and view. Staff was amazing and helpful. Loved our first visit, and we will be back with the kids this summer. Just a short walk to downtown Seaside for even more shopping. The food was amazing, and getting to watch the sunsets from the restaurant or balcony was priceless.

We experienced Watercolor Inn due to a family wedding. Let’s just say two days is not enough. The gulf view rooms were spectacular, the layout is very walker friendly and the beaches are pristine! Staff is friendly and helpful. Book as it will not disappoint!

My husband and I stayed at the resort for 2 nights while we were in town for our friend's daughter's wedding which was at Watercolor. We loved the convenience of stying at the Watercolor Inn, as her wedding was just steps away in Cerulean Park. It was also an easy 5-minute stroll to Seaside for more shopping and dining. We have rented property along 30A for family vacations in years past, and though we had walked around Watercolor, we had not stayed in this beautiful area before. The Inn is super convenient to the beach and we loved our comfortable, spacious guest room on the 4th floor overlooking the beach. Treat suites with cold beverages and snacks just down the hall from guest rooms are such a perfect touch. We loved The Fish Out of Water restaurant with its delicious offerings and easy tranquil ambiance. Check in and out was a breeze and we really appreciated that the staff allowed us to check in early once we notified them that we would be arriving to the resort before check in time. We had such a wonderful two-day stay and I would recommend the resort to anyone looking to stay on 30A.

Beautiful seaside resort, very comfortable rooms, ours had a balcony overlooking the beach and gulf. Nice dining options. Also lots of shopping, restaurants/bars and activities in Water Color and nearby Rosemary Beach. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Absolutely beautiful resort. It has the perfect amount of everything. The town area is very charming. Small shops and restaurants, Family friendly, great food, rooms are very comfortable. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. The bicycle paths are really cool. Cookies left on our beds at bedtime was the perfect end to every evening. The staff was outstanding. Very clean and comfortable. We had the best time.

The location, amenities, and staff are exceptional. In particular, Jared and Randy at the front desk! We loved the access to all of Watercolor, fishing in the lakes, biking to dinner, and the proximity to Seaside! We will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful resort, we had a wonderful time and the staff was so nice and accommodating; with the exception of the employees at the Fish Out of Water Restaurant, the food was delicious but the employees were so unfriendly it made us uncomfortable.

The water and area are beautiful. The hotel is on the expensive side for not being all inclusive or having beach setups/drink service. Beach setups cost around 55-100/day depending on the season. Also first come first serve unless you prebooked. In the summer expect to get to the beach at 0700 for chairs. The hotel itself is beautiful with beautiful views and about a 5 minute walk to seaside. Great customer service. Watercolor Inn is a favorite for my wife and I who travel quite a bit.
