"It's very close to the gondola station, so you can park at the hostel and easily walk to the mountaintop. (A round-trip gondola ride is free because a guest card is provided upon check-in.) The breakfast is also excellent. Please note that although it is a youth hostel, there is no shared kitchen, so cooking is not possible."

A portier nous a accueilli à la gare en arrivant et au départ nous avons pris,en face de l'hôtel, le Car postal qui, comme tous les transports publics est gratuit avec la carte touristique q'on obtient avec la réservation. The rooms are beautiful with a boiler and tea bags available, even a back bag for walking and, of course, the bags with the lingerie and shirt to go to enjoy the baths that are in the same complex. The food is excellent and on the breakfast buffet most products are local/bio from Engadin base 👍🏻👍🏻 I can only recommend this family accommodation"

"The hotel sits in the old part of Scuol in an ancient building and this is a nice thing. However the restructuring of the interior spaces made the structure quite anonymous. In spite of the restructuring process no elevator has been built as well as no air conditioning system: Scuol is 1200 meters high, not 1400 as the person at the reception told us, and the meter on the window of our room marked a 39.2 C as maximal temperature reached during our stay. This is hardly acceptable in a 4 star hotels that charged 760 CHF for a small double room for 2 nights. Such an hotel should have at least a nice swimming pool. In reality the pool is available but is a public pool where the number of people present and the round shape of the two main pools render swimming all but impossible. Last but not least: the pool can be reached after a 500-600 meter (and 85 steps) walk. On the positive side, the quality of some of the breakfast food (smoked saibling, cheeses) was good."

"This is a most beautiful hotel. We came in on a cycling tour. We were cold, wet and to be welcomed by Christophe and his family was such a blessing. This Hotel only rstes three stars however, in our opinion, it should rate five stars. The rooms are superb, especially the ones with balconies the beds are the most comfortable. The cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional and what a wonderful breakfast. Should we ever Return this is the hotel we would stay at. Christophe was so helpful with telling us how to see the town where to go where to catch buses etc. Even though we only stayed one night we wish we could've stayed more. We will never forget this experience. Thank you Christophe and your beautiful family."
