Having worked away and travelled extensively for the last 50 years,I can honestly say the manager, David Kaminski, is the rudest ,ignorant, arrogant, nasty and most offensive manager I have ever come across. We booked 2 twin rooms and got two doubles despite our paperwork and his computer clearly stating twins. He totally blamed us or ******* for the mistake and would accept no responsibility getting very aggressive. Rooms need tlc, bathrooms too hot, bedroom door locks don’t work, towels and toilet paper missing.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, would recommend that you stay away at all costs. The receptionist is the ruddiest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across and as for the manager he is way out of his depth. I would never stay again no matter what, I’d rather sleep in my car. They took an extra 200 for so called cleaning of my room and took from my account without my approval. They are kind and friendly when everything is going their way but other than that they become disrespectful, obnoxious and rude. As mentioned before stay away at all costs.

The hotel looks good on the website, however it needs a refresh. My room has only a vertical blind no curtains, no air conditioning & is very warm. The window overlooks an alley which has not been cleaned in a while beyond the alleyway is a carpark for a local business. I have to say how disappointed i am as it looks much better on the website.

Awful avoid
Parking not ideal.
Good luck if tour in room 114.
Door doesnt work.
No windows - no fan - no air con. I sat up instead of sleeping due to the heat in this room.
Reception and ground floor STINKS of a unhygienic chippy.
I oaid £95 to not sleep and smell something rancid.

Stayed here for a few days while attending a wedding. Staff were lovely, location was good and rooms are spacious. Downside the floor were poorly laid down so I tripped up on them a few times. Room was boiling the whole hotel was roasting honestly, luckily they did provide a fan. The place and room were a little run down. Key card didn't work so we had to use a key (no big deal) but the door did stick. Overall not worth the price tag.

The room was clean and had a large comfortable bed. Good location as opposite the Baths theatre. The staff were helpul. The breakfasrt was of good quality ingredients, the only problem was when it arrived there was no cutlery, serviettes or plates. The locking system on our door was faulty, we had trouble getting in our room and problem getting out. We thought this was dangerous should there be a fire, we would panic and be locked in our room.

What a great find! Lovely clean comfy hotel, with the added benefit of a proper kitchen with a fridge and microwave. Good location opposite the Baths theatre, perfect for the show. Easy to find. Free parking. Friendly staff. Just perfect. Thanks
