Hotel seemed ok when we walked in.. got to our room and the pull out we had in the suite we booked was FILTHY! Other guests clothing left, food and crumbs everywhere! We called the front desk and asked for someone to please come up and see if they could clean it. Took 45 min to have someone come and the woman was really rude! Also asked her for clean sheets for the 1” mattress that was on the pull out for our son. When leaving our room and walking to elevator we saw that the housekeeping woman had thrown the previous guests clothing right at the foot of the elevator! Also found other people’s hair and hair ties in the shower!!! NOT CLEAN!

I stay at a lot of hotels and this one was great! Cute kitchen/living room area. Pool was perfect for the kids. Definitely will come back!

Great room. A lot of barking dogs. Loved the room. Spacious. Clean. Perfect for the work trip. The odd part of the experience was that it's clear there are some extended stay guests. And there were a lot of pets. I haven't ever stayed somewhere with as many pet sounds.

I usually stay at this hotel because it’s conveniently located just a five-minute drive from work. Like anything else, there are pros and cons to this hotel: Top two things I like about this hotel: Clean and Well-Maintained: The hotel is generally clean and well-maintained, and I’ve noticed an effort to improve. For example, during my last stay, I appreciated finding a toothpaste pack and disposable toothbrush readily available at the wash area — a thoughtful touch that saves you from having to ask for it. Plus, the complimentary breakfast is a nice perk. Exceptional Staff: The staff here is very friendly and accommodating, especially Michael, who will gladly offer you his coat on a cold day — that level of service really stands out. Top two things I dislike: Laundry Room Access and Machine Issues: The laundry room isn’t open 24 hours and locks at 9 p.m., which can be inconvenient. Also, the machines can be finicky — sometimes they work, other times they don’t and may eat your quarters. If that happens, the front desk is helpful and will compensate you for the loss. Limited and Worn Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen isn’t always fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, or eating utensils. It’s worth checking before settling in. Also, the available utensils and cookware are a bit dated and could use an upgrade. Conclusion: Would I stay here again? Absolutely. It’s a very "complete" hotel — with a kitchen, sitting area, study/office desk, and even a fireplace, it really feels like a home away from home. It’s not a St. Regis — but honestly, I don’t need a St. Regis!
