Hotel seemed ok when we walked in.. got to our room and the pull out we had in the suite we booked was FILTHY! Other guests clothing left, food and crumbs everywhere! We called the front desk and asked for someone to please come up and see if they could clean it. Took 45 min to have someone come and the woman was really rude! Also asked her for clean sheets for the 1” mattress that was on the pull out for our son. When leaving our room and walking to elevator we saw that the housekeeping woman had thrown the previous guests clothing right at the foot of the elevator! Also found other people’s hair and hair ties in the shower!!! NOT CLEAN!

As is typical with the wall mounted soap/shampoo dispensers, one was empty. Why should I have to check the room is properly supplied before taking a shower? An extra towel set wouldn’t have killed them either.

The residence suite in in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Dickson city Pennsylvania, has three of the kindest front desk people that I have ever met customer service. I have been a customer service for over 50 years. I have no idea what their last names are, but, the gentleman that we always speak to at night‘s name is Michael, Mary Wilson and Edward.The rest of your staff could use a little extensive customer service services training.

We paid for a king suite and was told upon arrival only queen available. Had to pay for parking and the tv in bedroom did not work. Hotel showing age and not well kept. Will be switching hotels when visiting this area again

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great with hot and cold options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked a 1 bedroom but was upgraded to a 2 bedroom.

The Inn was clean and in a perfect location. The staff was very polite and helpful! Michael the front desk evening manager was very helpful and gave us good recommendations of places to go and things to do in the area. My husband and I had a delightful stay. Planning on returning in the fall.

I was “upgraded” upon arrival to room 203 since they had no king beds available. I was told the room was bigger but the bed was smaller. I had stayed at this hotel two times prior and was looking forward to a king bed but I was too tired so just took the “upgrade”. Upon getting to my room I found the tv was broken with a little piece of paper that was taped to it saying it was out of order. The smaller sized bed was so lumpy, soft and broken in I was literally sinking in the middle. I’m sad because I have always loved my stays at this hotel and location but I might look else where next time as my experience was not the same as previous stays.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very comfortable. I did not feel as though I was in a hotel. It felt like a studio apartment. I will be back.

I stay at a lot of hotels and this one was great! Cute kitchen/living room area. Pool was perfect for the kids. Definitely will come back!
