For a quick bird watching weekend in Scottsbluff, the Hampton couldn’t have been more perfect! An easy central location, a wonderfully clean property, and great service (especially from the night desk dude) combined to give us all we ever needed. I especially appreciated the 6a-11p hot tub/pool hours! As a pet friendly venue, it was great for Shep (our Fido friend) too!! We’ll be back for sure!

Downside: Overnight stay, front desk lady not welcoming at all, A/C in room didn’t work, maintenance had left for the day, desk staff suggested maybe A/C might kick in later, at husband’s insistence…we were moved to another room but it had an odor. Bathroom needed updating. Upside: Hotel Mon-Thur had a 2 drink pp “happy hour” hosted by a friendly Dave. He also set up the breakfast the next morning. Usual hotel breakfast. Likely will select another hotel next time.

I utilize Hampton inns a fair amount in personal and business trips. The Scottsbluff location is what you should expect at a Hampton. Clean building and rooms. Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast spread. Courteous staff. Good job Scottsbluff Hampton.

We stayed here for one night while visiting the nearby Oregon Trail sites. Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel breakfast was good, with the typical Hampton Inn selections. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable (except for the flimsy plastic chair provided for our desk, not suitable for working at the desk at all). A few other things marred our impression of this particular Hampton: first, the young man who checked us in was not friendly at all, nor did he welcome us as Diamond Hilton Honors members. When we got to our room, we found that the A/C was off (it was a 100-degree summer day); it took an hour to cool off our studio suite. I would recommend this hotel but their efforts could be improved

Loved this hotel. My husband was impressed that the rooms also each have a picture by the room number. That way if he forgot the number, he could go by the picture. We received 2 complimentary drink tickets for happy hour. Hotel & rooms were exceptionally clean & comfy. Staff was very, very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!

Having just left a Hampton in Westminster, Co that was not good and thinking..well this is a small town..I had low expectations for this hotel. Wrong! Newer or newish building. Clean, shiny, two elevators. Carts kinda suck..the kind we see in airports. Friendly staff. A step up in breakfast...fresh cut fruit, etc. Very attentive staff in the breakfast area. We tipped. Room was clean, well appointed, not beat up at all. Ample outlets. Difficult to insert HDMI cords into TV and the remote did not provide the means to choose input source. Front desk gave us a different remote that allowed us to choose source. Excellent wifi. Stay here.

Extremely clean room. The bedding and pillows were comfortable and clean and fresh, The breakfast had a good assortment and good coffee. Front deck people were great. The ladies that cleaned our room were helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Not many options in Scottsbluff, but we chose here and it all turned out great. Good service at check-in, nice little pool and hot tub. Breakfast is your classic Hampton Inn breakfast, they even had the local newspaper to read, a nice touch. My family used the onsite laundry and it worked well and the fitness room was well maintained and in good condition. Great stay!

The hotel is well located to shops, restaurants, and the Scottsbluff National Monument. The staff was responsive and friendly. A clean and well maintained building with a great breakfast. We frequent Hampton Inns and the breakfasts have been lacking at some but not here. They had many hot and cold choices. Also, we had left our daughter’s favorite stuff animal. We called and spoke with Conner and on another day James as well as the manager. They had already put it to the side until Monday when we called the manager who had it sent to us via UPS to our home. Their understanding and kindness around the matter was excellent! We greatly appreciate it!
