I ignored the stale smell of the room. I ignored the rap music being played at the pool. I ignored the difficulty of getting into the gate at the pool. I ignored the leaves everywhere. I ignored having to walk all the way around the pool because the door wasn’t working. I ignored the maid slamming doors for hours. But I can’t ignore waking up to several SPIDERS in the bathtub. I tried to bring it to Shelby’s attention, but she said to pack up and move to another room. As I was leaving today, that made no sense to pack twice. As I was checking out, the guy behind the desk said that I overreacted to the situation and that Shelby said that I could just slip into another room to shower. She did not say this. He insisted that she did. I asked him if he was there and he said no but she told him so apparently I’m lying. He also kept telling me to calm down although I was not raising my voice. If you have ever been bitten by a spider, then you know that you never get over it. I called the corporate office and they said they would give me 5,000 points. They also said that I had to speak to the manager but I’ve texted her 3 times and she hasn’t answered.

I had the pleasure of checking in with Ms. Carletta, whose beautiful personality made the experience truly delightful. I will definitely choose to stay here again. The room was wonderful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Although my stay from July 12th to July 13th was brief, it was well worth it.

Scott We’ve visited this location on a few occasions, but this impromptu overnight stay was a bit different. I was put off by the check-in process—there were two individuals at the front desk, yet only one seemed to be assisting guests. I waited quite a while as the person ahead of me was being helped. Interestingly, I was the only one asked to complete a vehicle registration form. On the morning of check-out, we loaded the truck with everything except a toy and a few cold items. This was just a few minutes before 10 a.m. When we returned shortly after to grab the remaining items, we were surprised to find the room completely empty. I immediately alerted the manager that I had not returned the key card or officially checked out. To my dismay, the manager informed me that housekeeping had already cleared the room. The items we left behind were nowhere to be found. I was shocked and frustrated, especially considering it hadn’t even hit the official check-out time yet, and we had clearly not turned in the key or indicated we were done with the room. Perishable items and a toy were discarded solely because someone was in a hurry.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Wanda was a also very nice.. The food was good.

Great hotel for our soccer weekend. Love all of the food options around. The elevator was a little sketchy. Other than that great stay

Room was not clean. Hair in shower and everything was very dusty. Breakfast was not good. Check in was slow.
