"The hotel is beautifully decorated and the attention to detail is very impressive. Clean and well looked after. The food is delicious and gourmet. However the ‘wellness’ facilities need improving. My family and I were hoping to relax by the pool most evenings after a long day skiing, but instead of a quiet relaxing atmosphere the facilities were full of loud children every evening. Making so much noise, dive-bombing and splashing guests lounging on the chairs. There is no lifeguard/supervision in the pool area. We chose this hotel as it’s described as a ‘wellness/spa’ hotel, but found we were unable to use the facilities due to the sheer noise from misbehaving children every night. Please implement separate children/adult times in the spa so adults can enjoy the facilities without disturbance. An average stay overall."

"We spent three nights here. Great experience. Everything is new, the double room was large and clean, as was the spacious bathroom. Nice wellness area as well, maybe a little small if the hotel is full, but we were almost alone in it. Fantastic. The hotel is very well situated in the heart of a lovely alpine town. The young man at the reception was very nice, competent and extremely helpful. All in all a wonderful short stay. We will be back."
