"When I arrived at the hotel late at night, the keys were not available for me. When I finally got a room, the room was not ready: It was full of trash and the bed has not been made. I asked for another room, which was again not ready. The third try finally left me with a usable room. The room was in a mediocre condition. 3 out of 5 light bulbs as well as the night lamp were not working, leaving me with a rather dark room Breakfast is very basic, poor quality bread"

The hosts/owners are still very welcoming and our floor two room with balcony overlooking the Schwarzwald was again excellent.
