Had a single room which was relatively comfortable and well equipped for the 1 night I was there. Breakfast was good, a standard continental offer. Handy location for accessing the mountains in this area. Room very clean and the shower was good quality.

Best hotel close to Salzburg.
The best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. A large, spotless, comfortable, quiet room and bathroom, a huge range at the breakfast buffet and a beautiful location near Salzburg. The only complaints were the reluctance of the host to carry our small luggage up 2 flights of stairs, climbing the 2 flights of stairs when disabled and the dirty mark on one hand towel. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives. You need a car.

Je suis extrêmement déçue par cet établissement. J'ai effectué hier sur booking une réservation non remboursable de deux chambres doubles pour mon conjoint, nos deux enfants, nos 2 bébés et moi. Entre temps, ce même hôtel à qui j'avais envoyé un mail me fait une offre plus intéressante (chambre familiale qui nous permettrait d'être tous ensemble) J'appelle booking qui me dit qu'ils peuvent faire une demande d'annulation exceptionnelle sans frais. L'hôtel n'a qu'à cliquer sur "accepter l'annulation", et je peux réserver la chambre proposée (dans le même hôtel). Sauf que l'hôtel fait la sourde oreille ! Ils disent que ça n'est pas possible ! Mais qu'est ce que ça aurait changé pour eux ? J'aurais payé le même montant, ils auraient gagné le même argent ! Tout le monde aurait été content ! Ça ne leur coûtait rien d'accepter ! C'est de la mauvaise volonté ! Booking était OK pour l'annulation mais l'hôtel.bloque pour je ne sais quelle raison ! N'ont ils pas à cœur de satisfaire leurs clients ? Si j'avais souhaite simplement annuler j'aurais compris, vu que ma réservation était non remboursable. Mais là je leur aurais quand même apporté mon argent... il s'agissait juste d'avoir un autre type de chambre dont je n'avais pas connaissance
