There were a lot of negative reviews on Google, and I was a bit worried too, but at least my room was absolutely fine! It was clean with no mold spots, the bedding was neat, and the bathroom had plenty of towels. I got a good night's rest.
The only downside was that I ordered Uber Eats delivery, but around midnight the front desk was unattended. So the food was left on the counter, and I had to go downstairs myself in the cold night to pick it up.

Good, very convient shuttle and helpful front desk, only issue is airplane noises. I recommend for transiting travellers.

The hotel is located in a great location. So convenient to the Airport. They also have convenient store nearby. And the shuttle service was great!

Good location and airport shuttle service. Coffee was available early morning in the lobby before first shuttle service to airport which was great! There is a coffee machine in room, however only various types of sugar/sweetener available - no coffee or tea. No refrigerator. Nonetheless room was comfortable and good for one night.

The hotel is close to the airport. Room is large but outdated, but fit the price. Hotel will charge a 16.95 USD parking fee per night.

Great hotel for a short stay near the airport. Rooms were big, the beds comfortable and the hotel shuttle worked well. Would use again.

This place is extremely run down. I know Chicago is expensive, but this was basically an oversized motel. Everything was old, run down, and falling apart. Housekeeping had to be requested 24 hours in advance and you were required to go to the front desk to get towels. There was basically an absence of any kind of service. Rooms were not bad, not great. My biggest issue with my stay was the $16/day parking fee. There are other, nicer places nearby for a similar price.
