Well, everything was greate, the night before checkout we had bad expetuence with the night receptionist. We asked if we can extend checkout time an hour or two. He was not familiar with the sheduling system, took almost half hour working on the computer at the end said NO I cannot do it the system would not let me!!! Next morning we find out the manager had extended our say by one day instead....and she was surprised we checking out since we thought the couldn't extend checkout time... I think even night shift receptionist should be as qualified as day shift ones.!!!!

Always a nice time. Hotel and rooms are beautiful. Not a big fan of doorless showers. In room coffee would also be a nice “perk” (get it?) Always such welcoming hosts, and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, Wow!

I was surprised that the bed was so uncomfortable. I tossed and turned all night. We like our rooms cool to sleep and alot of hotels shut off the air through the night. Our room did stay cool all night long.

My family stayed for one night and had 2 rooms. We both had entirely different check in experiences. Although there was an issue with my card at my father's check in, the person checking us in was extremely rude. Both of our rooms (113 and 121) had a broken bed, where if you laid anywhere except the exact middle of the bed, it would tip to the side. One corner of the bed in our room, 121 would hit the floor. One of us was given cookies at check in, the other was rushed through with no information provided about card charges. The rooms offer no amenities, no coffee maker or microwave, not even a bottle of water. After the experience checking in, we were not comfortable contacting the front desk for issues in the room. I have never had such a negative experience at a hotel that charges so much for a room.

Room was nice, beds were super comfortable, and temperature was just right. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was disappointing that my room was not ready even at the already late check in time at 4pm but I know they had a large turn over that day.

Was upset that we reserved a river view room and ended up next to the parking lot. No microwave and no coffee maker at all! Was bummed as it was my husband and mine birthday get away.

Room was nice, location was convenient for visiting friends and family. The player's card discount is a nice touch, but if rewards points were given I would stay more often.
