Had a lovely night stay with the family. The hotel had a warm, welcoming vibe, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly courteous. Breakfast was a nice bonus—tasty and well-organized. Would happily come back!

There were some decent things about our stay, and some very not-so-decent ones as well. The good news is that the room overall was comfortable; no HVAC, bedding, or bedbug issues at all. However, the fridge had a giant ice block in the back, which balanced the one broken ice machine that serviced the whole hotel. For breakfast, the toaster didn't toast as much as it heated the bread, and the juice machine had room-temperature juice in it. The elevators need to be inspected; both doors had grinding sounds when opening and closing, so much so that my wife and I were concerned they'd not open at all. But the staff was very pleasant!

Decent hotel, fairly quiet for as busy as it was. Staff was friendly. There did seem to be a lot of unattended teenage boys roaming around. Bed was comfy, tv and ac worked. The outlets are in need of some attention. Our bathtub was a little dirty, but nothing terrible. Would stay again. Price and location were great.

Highly recommended place to stay. Comfortable room, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again. We arrived a bit early for check-in, and they were very accommodating. Easy access to attractions around the area.

The room reeked of stale smoke odors. The bathroom walls and back of the door were filthy. The noise of guests walking in their room directly above was extremely loud (the wood creaked) and sounded as though they might fall through. There was remnants of a smoked joint found on the large chair. Clearly, previous guests did not get deterred by the $250 fine for smoking in the room. However, if they were fined, I am curious how the hotel used those funds, it is clear not to clean or remove the odors. Scarce parking was also a problem. Breakfast was chalked full of sugar and carbs, not even a hard boiled egg. So, if all of these items fit your fancy and are worth your hard earned money, then by all means book your stay. If not, stay elsewhere.

I was very pleased with our stay at this Wingate. The room was spacious for our 5 member family. There was a pull out sofa and the space from the sofa and the 2 beds was ample room for everyone. The breakfast was pretty standard: eggs, pork sausage, egg rounds. They had bananas, apples and mandarins, which was nice. The area is safe, I went on a jog in the area and it was a quiet corporate park. It is near lots of shops and grocer options. I would recommend to others.
