This beach escape is located in the highly desired Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. You will enjoy having 2 balconies - one on the front and one on the back! The complex is directly across the street from the ocean; it's an easy walk down to the beach. You will enjoy being in a quiet area removed from larger crowds while still minutes away from everything the Grand Strand has to offer.

Routine Pest Control happens on the 1st Monday of each even month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
This property is hosted by the property manager, a local vacation rental management company dedicated to providing high-quality stays and exceptional hospitality!
**Minimum booking age:** 23 with identity verified through the booking platform. **No Smoking/Vaping:** No smoking or vaping of any type on property, balcony, or complex common areas. This activity will result in an additional $400 cleaning fee. **Parking:** The HOA does not allow motorcycles, boats, RVs, trailers, or golf carts to be parked in the parking lot. **Starter kit:** A starter kit of toilet paper and paper towels is provided, but the guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during the stay. We also do not provide new linens throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the on-site laundry facilities or services within the area. **Respectful stay:** During your stay, please be a respectful guest and keep our home in the condition it was found in. **Late departures:** Any late departures not approved will be subject to additional charges. There is a $75 fee for every 15 minutes after the 10 am checkout time. **Damage:** The guest shall be responsible for any damage done to the condo over and above normal wear and tear. The guest is responsible for: damage to the condo or its contents charges incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay debris, rubbish, and discards left inside the condo soiled dishes left in the sink or dishwasher damaged, lost, or stolen linens smoke inside the condo parking passes lost or not left inside the condo upon departure early check-in or late check-out violations of any resort rules that incur fines or penalties improper disposal of trash. All trash and refuse must be taken to the dumpsters located in the condominium complex. No trash is to be left outside doors or on balconies at any time. $100 fine if trash is left behind. **Non-working items:** No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner’s control, including but not limited to power outages, cable TV outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside the owner’s control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the condo. It is the renter’s responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for problems that the owner can rectify within a reasonable time frame. No refunds or compensations will be given because there is a stain on the fabric. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms. **Additional guests:** There is an additional charge of $100 per person per night for guests in addition to the guest number on the reservation. This comes along with a right for the host to terminate the rental agreement as well. **Locked closets:** Owners may have locked closets for personal possessions, and these closets are not to be opened by tenants or guests under any circumstances. **Fireworks:** Fireworks are not permitted at the property. Discharge of fireworks may result in criminal penalties along with a $300 fine. **Illegal activities:** Guests agree there will be no illegal activities on the premises. **Liability:** The condo is privately owned; the owners and owner's agent are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. **Indemnification/Liability Limitation:** Guest represents and agrees that Guest and Guest's guests, invitees, visitors, family members, occupants, and visitors shall occupy the Subject Property pursuant to this Agreement at the sole risk of the Guest. Neither Owner nor Agent, nor their respective agents, affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, contractors, or subcontractors shall be liable to Guest for any reason whatsoever arising out of this Agreement or the vacation rental or occupancy of the Subject Property, including, but not limited to, any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, and expenses in connection with, relating to, and/or arising from loss of life, personal injury, property damage, or actual, consequential, and exemplary damages of any type. This waiver and agreement set forth herein shall constitute a complete and strict bar to any action, proceeding, suit, demand, liability, or claims for damages, at law or in equity, against the Owner and Agent as described above in this provision, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, gross negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Owner, Agent, and Agent’s members, officers, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims causes of action, damages, liabilities, and expenses in connection with, arising from, and/or relating in any way to the vacation rental, occupancy, or usage of the Subject Property during the Rental Period by the Guest and Guest's guests, invitees, visitors, family members, occupants, and visitors. Guest shall also pay all costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees that may be incurred or paid by the Owner or Agent in defending against any such claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, and expenses.
