There is no elevator in the building. No pets are allowed. The location is less than 2-3 blocks within many restaurants, grocery store, hardware store, post office, ice cream parlors, gift shops, liquor store, and more. I love never having to get in the car again once I've arrived! Restaurants include seafood, pizza, delis, pancake houses, and more.If you want to go exploring, the shag capital of the world is 2 miles away in Ocean Drive.
