Everything is very picturesque if you go left and right. Now about the disadvantages. Unfortunately, there are more of them. The staff are very unpolite, you felt like you were not welcome here, they were doing you a favor. Fake smiles. On the day of check-out, a little after 12, for a few minutes the staff began knocking on the door and demanding to vacate the room. Is this worthy of such a hotel chain? When I tried to pay at the reception with a Union Pay card, the staff said that the terminal for Russian cards did not work. Although, in other places and hotels in Sri Lanka, everything worked without problems and it was possible to pay everywhere. I explain this behavior by lack of customer focus, which, again, is very strange for a hotel of such a chain as Marriott and for the service. I also want to note that this hotel did not have orthopedic pillows or any other pillows - when I tried to find out about this possibility, I was rudely told that there were no other pillows and that was all.
