"Located near the city center (about 10 minutes walk to the bus station and 18 minutes to the city center), the airport bus takes about 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport The room is simple, the white exterior with transparent windows is very beautiful, the mini bar is free to drink but not restocked. There is a hair dryer but no kettle. There is a bug that sometimes the shower will suddenly have very hot water (I don’t know if it’s a problem with my room or all rooms) The staff are very nice, they will greet you when you enter and leave the hotel, you can also ask them for hot water, and there is a bicycle rental service at the front desk. The breakfast is delicious, a large disc-shaped bread that is a local specialty is delicious."

"Nice small hotel with great views of the port of Palma. Good transport connection with bus, stop 300m away. About the corner small restaurants and cafes. Very good, extensive breakfast left no desire open"

"This was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax. The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think. We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again."

"It is a hotel converted from a private residence. In an alley in the city center, take a break from the noise. The service staff is very enthusiastic. There is a small roof, surrounded by houses, can't see the scenery, and of course I can't see the sea. The room is too small, the corridor is small, the elevator, lobby, and restaurant are small. There are few varieties of breakfast. The drying rack is very good, and the wet clothes are dried in an hour. The USB interface has 4 ports, 2 sockets, plus boiling water and 2 sockets for the computer can also be plugged in, and there are 4 sockets. There is a free spa, not going. In general, there is a large distance from the usual five-star standard."

"Perfect hotel, perfect service staff, from the first moment you walk into the hotel, you can feel the warm service of the hotel staff. The hotel is located in the center, walking distance to the attractions, all kinds of delicious and fun around, it is a quiet place. "My positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for. Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room."
