"A very nice clean hotel.
Positives:
Large, clean rooms with a nice balcony.
Slippers included, although they were a bit too small for my size 10 feet.
Reasonably priced bar and restaurant and the food was very good.
The service from the receptionists and bar staff was very good
Free bus in the morning which takes you into the centre of palma
Negatives:
Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season.
We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention
When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room.
Overall for what we paid it was an exceptional stay I would recommend."

"I recently stayed at a hotel and would like to share my review based on different aspects. The location of the hotel was quite good, earning a score of 4. It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests.
In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay.
Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy.
However, there were a few drawbacks in terms of amenities. The rooms were quite small, and the soundproofing was not great, resulting in noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Additionally, the balcony was located too close to the neighboring room, which compromised privacy.
Overall, the hotel had a good location near the beach (4/5) and provided excellent service (5/5). The cleanliness was also top-notch (5/5). However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, and proximity of the balcony to the next door were areas for improvement (4/5)."

"Requested a double bed but got a twin room which wasn’t great as it was our anniversary weekend away. First room air con didn’t work, moved to another without issue. Rooms not well sound proofed. Noisy guests too. Bathroom facilities lacking places to put toiletries etc. lifts very busy and slow. Overall average at best."

"Located near the city center (about 10 minutes walk to the bus station and 18 minutes to the city center), the airport bus takes about 30 minutes from the hotel to the airport
The room is simple, the white exterior with transparent windows is very beautiful, the mini bar is free to drink but not restocked. There is a hair dryer but no kettle. There is a bug that sometimes the shower will suddenly have very hot water (I don’t know if it’s a problem with my room or all rooms)
The staff are very nice, they will greet you when you enter and leave the hotel, you can also ask them for hot water, and there is a bicycle rental service at the front desk.
The breakfast is delicious, a large disc-shaped bread that is a local specialty is delicious."

"Generally very nice hotel. Roof terrace is lovely. Staff is very friendly and kind. No car parking but there is one big car parking 10 mins walking distance.
Rooms are very small but enough for 5 days stay.I think sounds isolation is very poor we woke up few times because of other people were coming late to their rooms and talking each other in the hallway area"

"supper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there."

"The room is OK. There is a small balcony, but they don't provide toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, etc. I asked the front desk but they didn't give it to me. They asked me to buy it myself. However, the transportation is convenient. There are various shops and supermarkets nearby (open until late). It is also convenient to take a taxi to the center of Palma and the airport.
The neighborhood is relatively safe, and the outdoor sofa outside the lobby is very suitable for lying down and smoking."

"It was frustrating to have to ask for the smallest things to better my stay. I assumed as a solo female traveller they would try to make me feel a little more comfortable. The bedding has holes and upon entry I found hair in places as well."

One of staff explained all of things and she let me know that walking street at night is safe and where are great places for going to bar and restaurants

GGuest UserThe house is very old, and some dead corners are difficult to deal with. The hotel staff is very good. There are a lot of mosquitoes. Living on the 0th floor, I can kill four or five mosquitoes in one night. A leech crawled in when the yard door was open. If you don't have high requirements for sanitary environment, it's ok. There is no quilt in the room, only a thin sheet. It is still suitable to rent a better hotel.

GGuest UserThis was a quick trip but the hotel was very nice inside. The room was great for and us and very comfortable with great views over the harbour. There was construction works happening on the outside (front) but that didn’t really matter to us as we were only there for the weekend. The pool was a nice temperature on a hot day and although we couldn’t get a sunbed (arrived at the pool around lunch time) we had a lovely breakfast and the ice cold beer definitely helped us to relax.
The nightlife around the hotel can be a little loud due to the number of sports/Irish bars near by and it made the walk home from the city interesting. However the atmosphere was good and we didn’t mind at all. If you had kids then it could be a little intimidating I would think.
We also checked in very late (after midnight) which wasn’t a problem at all and we got our room straight away
Overall we’d definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserI booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing.
Positive: I forgot my tablet in the room. The chambermaid found it and honestly handed it in at reception. I picked it up a day later. Thank you for your honesty!

EeM.MThe hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.

GGuest UserOur stay was pleasant, and the room looked recently renovated. However, the room lacked certain amenities, such as a kettle, which I feel is quite standard in most hotel rooms.
Most of the staff were really friendly and accommodating. However, we had an issue with one man from the bar below (which is attached to the hotel). He insisted on charging us for hot water for some instant noodles, even though the receptionist had already told us it would be free. It seemed to be just him, though, as all the other staff were very welcoming.
The included breakfast had a great selection, and we were really satisfied with it.
Overall, it was a great deal for the price, and we’re happy with our stay.
